Calvin has over 23 years of experience in the general insurance industry. Prior to joining the company, he held managerial positions at Asuransi Raksa Pratika and IBS Insurance Broker. Since 2008, he has been part of our group and served as the Marketing Director of JPS Insurance Broker for 12 years. With AAAI-K, CIIB, and Senior Associate ANZIIF certifications, Calvin brings extensive expertise in delivering strategic insurance and reinsurance solutions.

Micky is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in information technology and the insurance industry. With expertise in digital transformation, business development, and corporate strategy, he has successfully led multiple modernization initiatives in insurance and reinsurance sectors. As a Director, Micky is dedicated to positioning PT Jaya Proteksindo Sakti Reinsurance as a modern and customer-focused reinsurance broker, leveraging technology and human capital development to drive sustainable growth and build strong strategic partnerships with clients and global stakeholders.
